All related data are to be destroyed immediately after use, unless and for the time only, they are directly required for the execution of your orders.

2. "Fair Play" Invoicing

Time-based services will not be charged unless prior authorization is given by you. They are charged in brief 6-minute-units, not in fractions of hours. Should your monthly billing show, that an alternative package would be more favourable for you than the sum of individual services would be, the more favourable settlement for you will be invoiced automatically.

3. Preservation of Values

Operational processes which have been developed together with you for your business, are to be left to you without charge for free implementation. Should you in future wish to solve one or more of those services on your own, we will gladly assist the incorporating of your staff.
